The DHB-E 13 AU three phase electric instant hot water system is electronically controlled to maintain water delivery temperature not exceeding 50 Degrees Celsius in accordance with AS3498. The DHB-E 13 SLi three phase electric instantaneous hot water system can deliver hot water up to 60°C. This compact range of instant water heaters have bare wire technology to deliver fast and efficient water heating. In addition, both the DHB-E 13 AU and DHB-E 13 SLi can be used in either hard or soft water areas.

2. I have 3 phase power at my property, can I install a DHB-E 13 AU / DHB-E 13 SLi instant hot water system?

You will need to check with your electrician to find out how much 3 phase power is available in "Amps per phase". The DHB-E 13 AU and DHB-E 13 SLi water heaters require 20 Amps per phase.

3. I have a three-phase electric instantaneous unit I want to replace, what STIEBEL ELTRON system should I select?

You will need to confirm the amperage supply to the hot water unit from the circuit breaker in the switchboard. Please contact us to confirm the appropriate instantaneous electric hot water system.

4. How can I tell if I have a DHB-E 13 AU or DHB-E 13 SLi?

Compared to a storage hot water unit an electric instantaneous water heater can be up to 30% more efficient. This is due to the water heater not storing any hot water and not having heat losses from storing a body of hot water.
